ive been on one date with this girl and it went well, 2 weeks before long and it will be another date with her but in my neck of the woods:

I was thinking bowling or mini gold folowed by dinner out somewhere nice or at my apartment and make it ourselves (she’s a bit of a homebody) then just sit on the couch and watch a movie together and talk or w/e till she leaves, granted im in college and not entirely rich and this is only the second date, any advice? or is this a excellent thought or what

Any thoughts for a second date? We live in Washington DC and I know today will be a LONG day at work and I reckon I want a very low-key night. I’m thinking I’ll be sweet tired tonight. We are 25yrs ancient- Dont care for the Bars, or Clubs here.
Weather in DC is sweet cold at night- I would say 45/50′s – so walking around outside doesn’t glide with me just yet!

WTF just happened??? Was it because of……?

I’m an african american 18 year ancient young woman from DC who recently went to Colorado. Where I’m from, the area is very very integrated and diverse, and even though all was of a different race, sweet much all accepted eachother for the race they were. When we went to CO, I noticed alot less african americans than I am used to seeing, and that alot of times people will stare and such. Anyway, I’m small, slender, long legs, huge boobs, small waist, sweet face, etc. (Not to sound concieted, just to give a visual.) I model, and was in a few pageants and blah blah blah. Physically, (back in DC) I never got many complaints from the guys back there. My personality is splendid too, I’m very tolerant, very open minded, not quick to rage, amusing, etc. I met a guy on friday and we really hit it off. He’s 22. We started to talk and I gave him my number and he finished up texting me within the hour I gave it to him. Before long that same day we spent nearly an hour and a half on the phone and after finding out we had alot in common, he questioned me on a date for that same night. He picked me up and we went to a movie and then out to dinner and he kept bringing up how hot he thought I was and everything, but at dinner the waitress once she saw us was blatantly rude to the point where he even noticed it and commented about it, and she even ditched us and told me flat out “no” when I questioned her to give me a box. We brushed it off and he took me home and was a complete gentleman, and emplored that I go with him to a company picnic the next day and that he would show me around downtown after we went. He even wanted to meet my parents and learn about my background and stuff (not in a weird way though.) We went to the picnic which was full of older southern richer people, who looked at me amusing from the time we walked in and would make modest snide comments to him. We both ignored it and had a splendid time with eachother and finished up leaving ahead of schedule. We went downtown and had a blast walking around and looking at things and holding hands. He kept tiresome to place his arms around me and hold my hand, and anything I saw that I liked he tried to buy for me, but I declined because I didn’t want him to reckon that was why I was dating him AND it was only the second date. As we were walking around, we had alot of people staring at us and even commenting about the fact that we were together. He told me after we left he had even heard a group of younger black guys who stared at us and were completely silent when we passed say “What the fuck!? What is she doing with him?” when we were walking back to the car. He took me to 2 different malls tiresome to buy me things, then we went to another movie and during the movie he held on to me for dear life and held my hand and etc. By now it was nighttime and I had to be home by 12, so we chose to just go somewhere silent and talk. When we finally found a place, we started to talk and eventually started kissing. (And we both had a bunch of mints and stuff during the movie so breath was not an issue.) Things started to get heavy even though we were just kissing, so I stopped it and said that I should go home. He started to drive me home and the whole way there he was talking about how “hot” of a kisser I was. He took me home, walked me to my door and I gave him a hug goodbye. Now, I wrote ALL that to say its been 5 days since then and I haven’t heard word one from him. I don’t know what happened, mainly when he was so interested to the point of wanting to buy me EVERYTHING and even meet my parents. He had never dated a black girl before (he told me), so my mtoher thinks it might be that, but I’m really hoping its not. Does any person out there have any thought wtf happened?
